Judging by how well-liked the photos are on Instagram, you guys love my bedroom decorated for Halloween almost as much as I do.
All October posts are part of the Countdown to Halloween!
And this year’s design is possibly my favorite ever.
Thanks to a little inspiration from my friends Laura and James, I transformed the space above my bed using fabric as wallpaper. Then I grabbed some orange lights to string up on my canopy, added a ton of jack-o-lanterns, and swapped the lights in my lamps for remote-controlled color-changing bulbs.
I’m not sure I can change it back when Halloween is over. I love it SO much.
I hope you’ll enjoy it too, and maybe find a little inspiration for your own Halloween decor.
My Magical Halloween Bedroom
The. Perfect. Glow.
My classic window. It’s not Halloween until I’ve hung up these jack-o-lantern lights.
Save a few details, this is a year-round fixture as a fun way to display part of my Halloween purse collection.
This wall is also a year-round fixture in my bedroom. All the cemetery photos were taken by me.
I love the reflection of the jack-o-lanterns in the glass.
A few years ago, I decorated this shelf with witchy decor…and loved it so I left it. This year, I decided it needed a pumpkin makeover.
The jack-o-lanterns from Target are some of my favorites.
I also love this ghost I found at Kroger this season. It looks like my logo!
Another fave feature: how the pumpkin faces reflect on the ceiling.
Still in love with this Halloween bedding I bought last year.
My view from bed.
