For me, the Halloween shopping season starts when I visit Party City. I wasn’t disappointed. Lots of neat stuff and reasonably priced. Their fog juice was TEN DOLLARS CHEAPER THAN SPIRIT HALLOWEEN’S JUICE(S)!
And the cooler weather really helped.
